If You Eat This, Forget About White Teeth
We all want white teeth, but this food will keep you from reaching that goal. So, watch what you’re doing ...
Some foods are harmful to your teeth, but we’re often unaware of it. The problem is that we consume this food daily without realizing the negative consequences. So, if you want brighter teeth, try to avoid at least these foods:

1. Crackers
Crackers are among the biggest culprits for teeth discoloration. They contain a lot of refined carbohydrates that turn into sugar, which is an ideal food source for bacteria that damage your teeth.

2. Balsamic Vinegar
Balsamic, or more commonly, herb vinegar, is a popular addition to various dishes, especially salads. Unfortunately, it contains acids that harm your teeth. Try to reduce your intake of balsamic vinegar, and instead, dress your salad with lemon juice.

3. Pickles
Pickles are a favorite for sour lovers, but unfortunately, vinegar is a real poison for white teeth. If pickles tempt you, make sure to brush your teeth after the meal. Plus, the minty taste of toothpaste can reduce your appetite.

4. Coffee and Tea
You can recognize coffee and tea lovers by their yellow teeth. The dark color is especially pronounced in those who drink a cup of coffee on an empty stomach. Unfortunately, there’s no cure for this, as even thorough brushing after a cup doesn’t help much.

5. Ketchup
Tomatoes contain a peculiar acid that’s hard to detect. Sometimes it’s so mild that we don’t even consider that this barely noticeable acid can cause tingling and severe tooth erosion. Tomato salad with balsamic vinegar can be particularly dangerous in this regard.
