LCHF loaf of seeds

Ingredients:

For three loafs

  • 150 g almonds
  • 150 g sesame
  • 100 g pumpkin or sunflower seeds
  • 150 g flax seeds
  • teaspoon of sea salt
  • tablespoon of grinded bread spices (anise,cumin,coriander,dill)
  • three tablespoons of psyllium
  • 3-4 dl of water
  • black or white sesame
Preparation:

We grind seeds, add salt, spices and psyllium. We add water until we get a mass, that shouldn't be too hard or too soft, so we can easily mold it into a loaf. We are doing this on baking pan, covered with parchment paper. We form three buns and sow them with black and white sesame. On top we do some small incisions with a knife.

We bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. For more crispy buns, we can extend the baking time for 15 minutes.

This dish does not contain gluten and is suitable for LCHF way of eating.
