Two Glasses Are Enough to Double Calorie Burn
Do you know which drink boosts calorie burning? If you don't overdo it, you can enjoy a multitude of positive effects ...
American researchers analyzed the dietary habits of 20,000 Americans over 13 years. They came up with some extremely interesting findings that turn many things on their heads. The most important finding, however, was about red wine, which acts as a remedy in moderate amounts.

The study showed that a healthy man can drink 1 deciliter of red wine a day, while an adult woman can drink up to 2 deciliters (depending on size and weight). Red wine helps prevent obesity and obesity-related conditions such as type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. Moreover, red wine prevents the accumulation of fat cells and accelerates their burning. If you've eaten too much, don’t go to bed with a full stomach, as you’ll only feel hungrier.

Other studies (large-scale studies in Poland and France) have also confirmed that a glass of wine each day prevents an increase in bad cholesterol levels in the blood and lowers high blood pressure. A glass of wine a day reduces the effects of excess weight by 70 percent.

If you want wine to have a lot of antioxidants, especially ellagic acid, you should drink quality wine. Ellagic acid destroys cancer cells and tumors, regulates blood glucose levels, and helps you get rid of subcutaneous fat deposits.

Despite wine's medicinal properties, you must not overdo it. If you drink too much, the remedy turns into poison, and the consequences of intoxication are something Slovenian families are exposed to above average by European standards.

Finally, you can have your last glass even half an hour before bed. Wine contains carbohydrates, and your body needs time and the opportunity to digest them properly.
