Similarly, kefir contains a huge amount of healthy bacteria, which regulates digestion and speeds up metabolism. Therefore, kefir should be more frequently included in the diet.
But what happens when we mix beetroot and kefir?

The diet is simple, and don't worry if you change your mind the next day. During the day, you can eat 1 kg of boiled beetroot and 1.5 kg of low-fat yogurt. Of course, it is necessary to drink sufficient amounts of water, and you can prepare the meal with a blender and get a wonderful cocktail, or cut the beetroot into smaller cubes, mix it with kefir and eat it with a spoon. Grated beetroot is also good; you can just pour kefir over it and eat it as a salad... However you prefer.
It is important that for the first three days you do not eat anything else and that you have a minimum of 5 meals (6 is ideal).
On the fourth day, add to your menu 400 grams of apples, citrus fruits, boiled white chicken meat, or fish. Divide this quantity into 3 main meals, while keeping the amount of beetroot and kefir unchanged.
And don't forget to drink plenty of water.
After a week, take a break and eat as usual. Just make sure not to exceed your calorie intake, but try to maintain at least 5 meals. May your body never be hungry.
