Before we reveal the recipe to you, one warning:
Do not drink this tea at least three days before traveling, as you will visit the bathroom more often even after one cup. Also, avoid drinking it before meetings and on days you will spend a lot of time in the car.
Another warning: since the tea is a strong diuretic, drink it for a maximum of one week, then take a week off.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 dl herbal tea
- {-15683} dl milk (preferably low-fat)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Prepare the tea in the usual way and let it cool to room temperature. Drink a maximum of two to three cups a day, but we recommend starting with just one and observing your body's reaction.
To prepare the drink, pour half tea and half milk into a cup, then add a small teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix it all together and drink it.
The combination of ingredients might seem unusual to some, but this drink's crucial property is that by expelling water from the body, it also eliminates fats. Furthermore, digestion will be more alkaline and hence more regulated, which will also affect your overall well-being. By expelling water, the entire body is cleansed.
It's worth trying even when you don't have weight issues.
