During hot days, we sweat more than usual, causing unpleasant body odors. Although sweat itself is odorless, it contains bacteria that, when the sweat dries, remain on the body and emit a stronger unpleasant smell. Since we sweat constantly on hot days, some should shower every hour, while others every 30 minutes. If you think the solution lies in deodorants and other cosmetics, you are mistaken. By using those, you only cover one odor with another. It is much more effective to pay attention to what you eat, and even better to enjoy a vegetable smoothie designed to combat odor.
Ingredients:- 2 apples
- 4 to 5 leaves of fresh cabbage
- 1 bunch of parsley
- juice of one lemon
- ginger to taste
Preparation: Wash all ingredients well under cold running water and blend them in a blender. You can also add some ice cubes but avoid all types of sweeteners (including honey if you will experiment with different ingredients).
Drink the green smoothie in the morning on an empty stomach and between meals instead of snacks. Drink slowly, in small sips.
