For a natural drink that regulates digestion, cleanses the body, and even helps shed excess pounds, you'll need:
- a tablespoon of parsley
- a tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 deciliter of kefir (yogurt is also an option)
Wash the parsley thoroughly and chop it finely. Add the cinnamon and kefir (homemade kefir is highly recommended). Mix everything well and place it in a dark, cool place (not the refrigerator) for 1 hour.
Drink the beverage at least 20 minutes before a meal.
