From French fries to pasta – some dishes that we consider harmful might not be your worst enemies in weight loss, under the right conditions.
 
1. Alcohol
Alcohol is generally harmful, but we should know that white wine helps improve digestion and stimulates the production of stomach juices, so we can digest food faster and more easily. In addition, red wine reduces appetite and speeds up metabolism. Here's an important thing: for 50 grams of food, a small sip of wine is enough, but never drink more than 2 dcl of wine per day.

2. Fast food

4. Steaks
Huge steaks are a popular men's dish. What a pity! It's a pity because chewing a steak and salad is an extremely effective meal, which boosts digestion, speeds up metabolism, truly energizes you, and you'll also get a lot of nutrients. With steaks, it's only important to chew them slowly and thoroughly in your mouth. You need to take your time with a steak.
