All of these and even more problems are relieved by a simple salad, which, in addition to its refreshing and pleasant taste, also contains many vitamins and minerals. If you eat just a bowl of this salad, your wellbeing and health will be impeccable.
Ingredients:- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 glass of water
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 cucumber
Preparation: It is very important to prepare and eat this salad with utensils that are not metallic. The best are a wooden spoon and a wooden bowl, but glass and (healthy) plastic are also acceptable. Metal changes the energy charge of the ingredients, and it also affects natural organisms negatively, accelerating oxidation ... But let's get back to the salad.
Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Likewise, slice the cucumber into slices as thin as possible. Mix both together, add the apple cider vinegar, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
