5 drinks that are stronger than dietary supplements
If you’re thinking about using dietary supplements or pills, consider making your own vegetable-fruit cocktail instead.

Blueberries strengthen the immune system. Along with a cup of blueberries, blend 2 bananas, the juice of half a lemon, a celery stalk, and 2 dcl of water. Mix to get a smooth drink.
3. Celery + spinach + banana + lemon
Celery helps cleanse the body, prevents fat accumulation, and accelerates fat burning. Mix these ingredients for a real vitamin-mineral bomb. You won’t need any chemical aids.
4. Spinach + apple + banana + lemon
This drink improves mood, reduces fatigue, and gives you energy. In a blender, mix a cup of spinach, 2 bananas, 1 apple, the juice of half a lemon, and a cup of water.
5. Cucumber + lettuce + lemon + honey
Cucumber helps the body remove toxins, and lettuce is an excellent source of vitamin E. Put half a medium cucumber, the juice of half a lemon, a glass of water, and a teaspoon of honey in the blender.
