Ingredients:
- 1 large or 2 small bananas
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Put all the ingredients except the water into a blender and blend well. Add the cold water right at the end. Let the drink sit for 10 minutes, then sip it slowly.
If you use milk instead of water, this can be an excellent substitute for dinner.
