  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation:

Peel the grapefruit and don’t bother removing the white parts left from the peel. Don’t forget, that’s where most of the vitamins and nutrients are. Blend the grapefruit well in a blender, add the vinegar and honey, and drink as soon as possible (every minute the power of the grapefruit decreases by 1 percent).
