This time we present a drink that is extremely important for our body. For example, avocado contains as many as 25 essential nutrients (these are nutrients the body cannot produce on its own, but absolutely needs), which is why it is classified among the healthiest foods in the world. Did you know that kiwi, for example, contains twice as much vitamin C as lemons and oranges? And if we add apple pectin, which is considered the most effective cleansing agent for the intestines, we get a combination that stands out for a whole host of reasons. It contains a huge amount of healthy fiber (under the apple peel), healthy fats (avocado is the best source of omega-3 fats), potassium, which strengthens the immune system, regulates blood pressure, and protects against heart and vascular diseases—it’s present in this drink in the same amount as in bananas, with one important difference: this drink has almost half as many calories!
Besides its exceptional nutritional value and relatively low calorie count, the main thing to highlight in this drink is iron. Although spinach contains more, in combination with these foods its absorption power is four times greater. It is well-known that it is not enough just to provide nutrients to the body—it is important to know that many elements are only soluble in fats, some work better in pairs, others are water-soluble... Preparing a healthy drink is simple. Wash the apple well and remove the seeds. Add avocado in the same amount as the apple. Then add the kiwi and blend.
