Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked broccoli
- 1/2 fresh cucumber
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 carrots
Cook the broccoli until it softens, dry it, and add the rest of the ingredients. Blend in a blender until you get a smooth mixture.
We recommend that after physical activity you drink a glass of water, and then do not eat anything for at least 2 hours. The body needs time.
