A drink that regenerates every muscle
If you have been physically too active and your muscles might hurt the next day, you can consider the following drink.
 
For a drink that relaxes the muscles, you need 4 ingredients. The drink contains a lot of calcium, sodium, and magnesium. These are minerals that prevent muscle cramps and inflammation.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cooked broccoli
  • 1/2 fresh cucumber
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 carrots
Preparation:

Cook the broccoli until it softens, dry it, and add the rest of the ingredients. Blend in a blender until you get a smooth mixture.

We recommend that after physical activity you drink a glass of water, and then do not eat anything for at least 2 hours. The body needs time.
