Does fruit make us more acidic?
Acidity of the body is a big problem and is entirely dependent on diet. However, does fruit, even if sour, still affect the body’s pH level?

In reality, fruit, despite its acidity, acts alkalizing after metabolism and does not acidify the body. It’s important to maintain a balanced diet rich in natural foods and avoid excessive intake of processed foods. Our body is equipped with effective mechanisms for pH regulation, so there is no need for extreme diets or supplements.
