Ingredients:
- 6 lemons with peel
- 4 stalks of celery
- 1 liter of boiled water
Preparation:
First, boil the water and wait for it to cool down.
It is very important to use organic lemons without pesticides. If you are not sure about their quality, soak them in vinegar for 10 minutes.
Wash the celery well and cut it into smaller pieces. Also cut the lemons, with the peel, into smaller pieces. Put both into a food processor and blend until you get a mushy mass. Pour the mass into a glass jug, add the boiled water, stir, and let it stand for 24 hours at room temperature.
After one day, stir again and strain (preferably through gauze). You can store the juice in the refrigerator and drink 0.3 dl before meals at least 3 times a day.
You can expect the first positive results after just a week of drinking this juice.
