Ingredients:
- 2 dcl of kefir (homemade is the best)
- 1 cup of buckwheat
Wash the buckwheat well under running water. Put a cup of water in a pot and wait for it to boil. Then add the buckwheat to the boiling water and let it cook for about one minute. Remove the pot from the heat, drain the buckwheat, and rinse it under running water.
Only then mix the buckwheat with kefir and put everything in the fridge for at least 2 hours, although it's better to leave the mixture in the fridge overnight.
