Buckwheat with kefir
For everyone who likes to eat healthy and watch their figure, here is a simple recipe for an ideal dinner.
 
Buckwheat and kefir are an excellent combination at first glance. Both are considered healthier foods; in addition, they are very tasty and healthy. This is a dish you can start your day with, it is also suitable for lunch, but it is best for dinner because it is easy on the stomach, promotes digestion, regulates blood pressure, lowers sugar, and helps melt excess weight.

Ingredients:
  • 2 dcl of kefir (homemade is the best)
  • 1 cup of buckwheat
Preparation:

Wash the buckwheat well under running water. Put a cup of water in a pot and wait for it to boil. Then add the buckwheat to the boiling water and let it cook for about one minute. Remove the pot from the heat, drain the buckwheat, and rinse it under running water.

Only then mix the buckwheat with kefir and put everything in the fridge for at least 2 hours, although it's better to leave the mixture in the fridge overnight.
