- 500 g potatoes
- 4 spring onions
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 teaspoon spices
- 2 dl cream
- 1 liter water
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Cut the onion into rings, and set some aside for decoration.
Put the potatoes, water, and oil to cook. When the potatoes are soft, add the spices and roughly blend everything together. At the very end, add the cream.
Serve with croutons and the onion you set aside for decoration.
