1. You're hungry all the time

While it is true that the stomach changes its metabolism regime, you are weakening your body, which isn’t getting all the necessary nutrients. Signs of depression are usually connected with a lack of vitamin B, magnesium, and other minerals. A weakened body is definitely a signal to stop the diet, since you won’t achieve the desired results and will unnecessarily make life harder for those around you.
3. Worsening health
A protein diet may quickly reduce weight, but it puts a heavy strain on the liver and kidneys. Prolonged dieting can cause serious problems. Worsening health is already a second-level warning signal and a serious sign to stop the diet immediately.
4. Changes in your face
If your face is gaunt, you have big dark circles and even pimples appearing, this doesn’t mean your body is cleansing itself, but rather that it’s being depleted. The color of your skin is also important, as is the shine of your nails and the gloss of your hair... The moment you recognize a grayish tint on your skin, you should take action. Even on a diet, your body needs the required amounts of protein, vitamins, and minerals.
5. Digestion
There’s nothing wrong if you have bowel movements every day, or even several times a day. This just means your digestion is working full steam, food isn’t staying in your body, and harmful substances are being removed as they should. If you go to the toilet less often, this might already be a sign that something is wrong with your diet. Especially if you had normal digestion before starting the diet.
