Two teaspoons of horseradish syrup for a smaller belly
We present to you a recipe for a syrup that will reduce your waistline, improve your eyesight, hearing, and memory, and remove excess water from your body
 
The main ingredient of this syrup is horseradish, which is rich in vitamin C, has a lot of potassium, B1, B6, B2 vitamins, iron, magnesium, and phosphorus. Horseradish also boosts metabolism, reduces fatigue, and encourages the growth of good bacteria in the gut.

Ingredients:
  • 125 grams of fresh horseradish
  • 4 lemons
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 2 centimeters of ginger root
Ingredients:

Blend the horseradish and ginger in a blender. Add the juice of the squeezed lemons and keep blending for at least 3 minutes. Then slowly add the honey and cinnamon, mixing continuously the whole time. When the mixture is ready, pour it into a glass jar.

Eat one tablespoon twice a day before meals and before any physical activity. Take the syrup for three weeks, then take at least a week off.
