Ingredients:
- 125 grams of fresh horseradish
- 4 lemons
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 2 centimeters of ginger root
Blend the horseradish and ginger in a blender. Add the juice of the squeezed lemons and keep blending for at least 3 minutes. Then slowly add the honey and cinnamon, mixing continuously the whole time. When the mixture is ready, pour it into a glass jar.
Eat one tablespoon twice a day before meals and before any physical activity. Take the syrup for three weeks, then take at least a week off.
