Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of green tea
- 1.5 liters of almond milk (you can also use other low-fat milk)
Preparation:
Buy green tea at a pharmacy, as the one in tea bags does not have the same effect. In fact, all teas in bags are significantly less effective, and for some, the filter bags even completely remove their healing properties.
First, boil the milk. As soon as it starts boiling, remove it from the heat and wait for it to cool down. It’s important to add the tea only when the milk is lukewarm – ideally, when the temperature drops below 62 degrees Celsius. Then add 2 tablespoons of green tea, cover, and let it sit for 20 minutes.
Finally, strain the tea with the milk and drink it throughout the day. One cup every two hours is enough, but you must also drink at least 2 liters of fluid. Green tea with almond milk is a strong diuretic, so you must make sure your body gets enough fluids.
While drinking the tea, you’ll be completely without appetite, even if you don’t eat anything that day. It's also important that you do not repeat this diet more than twice a month!
The diet also has a pronounced cleansing effect (eliminates all toxins from the body) and is also suitable as a detox diet.
In conclusion, a warning: this diet is not suitable for people with low blood pressure, people with stomach problems, or those allergic to milk. Also avoid it if you have gallstones or other metabolic issues. In these cases, always consult your doctor first.
