Some call this early rising a “hard habit to break,” but experts know that stress can be behind this, lingering even when we’re not at work. This is just a sign that stress has already rooted so deeply in our psyche that without a longer vacation it’s impossible to get rid of these troubles.
The mentioned study also reveals that Slovenian men fall asleep almost twice as quickly as women. Young people generally have fewer problems with insomnia, but 13 percent of chronically sleep-deprived young people is alarming. This means that one in eight young people is not satisfied with their sleep, and as the years go by, this number only increases (Slovenians are among the nations who sleep the least, which means we are cranky, irritable, and consequently less productive at work).

How can you wake up feeling fresh and rested in the morning?
As mentioned, you need:
- 1 organic banana
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 liter of water
Preparation:
Wash the banana well and cut it into slices with the peel on. Pour water over the banana and let it boil over low heat for 10 minutes.
Then remove the banana and water from the heat and let it cool to room temperature. It is recommended to drink this beverage one hour before your last meal and one hour before going to sleep.
