Ingredients:
- 1 dcl yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Wash the parsley thoroughly and chop it finely. Add the cinnamon and mix well, then finally add the yogurt and stir again.
To accelerate fat burning, you should drink a glass of this beverage before every meal. Ideally, you should do this 5 times a day.
