Jin son jitsu is an ancient Japanese healing art that helps to balance emotions, pain, and health just by massaging certain points on the hands. The basic premise is that each finger is connected to a particular organ, and by massaging this point we can calm pain and sometimes even heal.
All you need to do is massage a specific part of your hand for 3 to 5 minutes, massaging only while you are holding your breath. As you exhale, imagine your pains leaving with each breath.

Organs: stomach and spleen.
Emotions: anxiety, depression, nervousness.
Pains: abdominal pain, skin problems, headache, nervousness.
Index finger
Organs: kidneys and bladder.
Emotions: disappointment, fear, confusion.
Pains: muscle pain, back pain, toothache, digestive problems.
Middle finger
Organs: liver and gall bladder.
Emotions: indecisiveness, anger, irritability.
Pains: circulatory problems, menstrual pain, vision problems, fatigue, headache, migraine.
Ring finger
Organs: lungs and large intestine.
Emotions: negativity, sadness, fear of rejection.
Pains: ear pain, lung problems, breathing problems, asthma, skin diseases, digestive issues.
Little finger
Organs: heart and small intestine.
Emotions: worry, anxiety, nervousness, lack of self-respect.
Pains: heart diseases, sore throat, bloating, bone and joint problems.
