10 things doctors do every day
Doctors also follow home remedies because they know best what prevention means. We are publishing some of these tips.

1. Saline solution in the nose Many doctors spray a few puffs of saline solution (salt dissolved in water) into their nose every morning. This moistens the nasal mucosa and opens the airways, which is good against allergies and improves resistance to viruses.

2. One hundred push-ups To maintain good fitness, you need to make time and also have space. If you're too busy to run around the house, you can set a goal of 100 push-ups. It sounds like a lot, but the point isn't to do them all in one go—it's much better to do 5 sets of 20. You can start with your knees on the floor, and even doing 3 to 5 push-ups a day will noticeably improve your fitness.

3. Lemonade The best way to start the day is with lemonade. The juice of freshly squeezed lemon will boost you with vitamin C, improve digestion, and help with burning fat. Regularly drinking lemonade also has another side effect: it helps reduce facial wrinkles.

4. Opening doors Did you know that 90% of all bacteria are on the underside of the door handle? If you open doors without touching the underside, there is a lower risk of infection. Of course, even such caution won't help without regular hand washing.

5. Don’t turn on electronic devices For heart rate and blood pressure, it's very important not to touch devices that could excite you in the first 10 minutes after you wake up. Try to calmly drink a glass of lemonade and spend at least 10 minutes letting your body get going. You may not know this, but almost 60% of American women check Facebook before brushing their teeth! Don’t be like that.

6. Eggs for dinner Proteins in eggs are much healthier than those in beef, chicken, and even tofu. It’s important to eat at least half an hour before bedtime, so your body can digest dinner calmly. Of course, the advice still stands that eating after sunset is not good. Better to drink a glass of water.

7. Color of urine Changes in your body first show up in your urine, so it’s good to pay attention to any color changes. Sometimes urine color changes because of food (a well-known example is beetroot), so in such cases, drink plenty of water. Try to keep your urine color as consistent as possible.

8. Cool bedroom It's known that the human body functions best at a temperature between 18 and 20 degrees Celsius. If it's warmer, your body has to cool down; if it's cooler, it has to warm up. Since it's easier for the body to warm itself (you can cover with a thick blanket), for good sleep, it's recommended to keep the bedroom temperature between 15 and 18 degrees.

9. Stone age diet The Paleo diet, also known as LCHF (Low Carb, High Fat), is a popular way of eating where the key is to eliminate complex and industrially produced carbohydrates from your diet. Carbohydrates in their natural form in vegetables are not harmful. The same goes for fats. Healthy fats in the right ratio are beneficial (the ratio between omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids should be 1:4—the closest to ideal is hemp).

10. Apple cider vinegar If you drink a glass of water mixed with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before a meal, it will aid digestion and also lower your blood sugar level. Apple cider vinegar also has antifungal properties and is a healthy probiotic.
