Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of homemade apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric
- a pinch of cayenne pepper (you can also use black pepper)
- 1 teaspoon of grated lemon zest
First, mix ground pepper, turmeric, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl. Mix everything together very well. Then wash the lemon thoroughly and add grated lemon zest. Only at the end, add the honey and mix everything together well.
We recommend that you prepare this mixture in a glass container and mix with a wooden or plastic spoon. You can store the mixture in the refrigerator, but we recommend eating one tablespoon in the morning and one in the evening.
If you have a cold or are suffering from the flu, take half a teaspoon of this mixture every hour. After two days, your health should noticeably improve, so you can take half a teaspoon every two hours.
One more important warning. Never mix this mixture with hot tea. If it has cooled to room temperature, there is no problem, but any temperature above 42 degrees destroys the beneficial properties of this golden mixture.
