1. Horseradish against sugar
- about 20 centimeters of horseradish root
- 9 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 liter of quality beer
Preparation:
Wash the horseradish root well, but do not peel it. Chop the horseradish as finely as possible. Peel the garlic and also chop it into small pieces, then add it to the horseradish. Pour the beer over everything and place in a dark, cool spot for 10 days. Take 1 tablespoon 2 to 3 times a day before a meal.
2. Oats against sugar
Put about 50 grams of oats into half a liter of boiled and cooled water. Bring it to a boil again and cook so the mixture gently simmers for 10 to 15 minutes. Then remove the pot and let it stand for another hour. Drink half a glass 3 to 4 times a day before meals, continuing for the full 2 weeks.
3. Eggs against sugar
In the morning on an empty stomach, drink a raw egg mixed with the juice of one lemon. Mix both well and drink for at least 10 days. This method is fast and easy, especially suitable for those who do not eat breakfast. The egg will give you enough energy for a healthy start to your day.
And finally, a warning: none of these tips can replace medication; they can only help with treatment or, even more so, prevention. Since these are natural methods, they cannot harm you.
