Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
Finely chop the spinach. It’s very important to use a banana that has been kept in the freezer for exactly 2 hours. If it’s left longer, it may become completely frozen and unusable. Remember also that the sugar and starch in bananas take on a more complex structure at low temperatures, so they do not affect blood sugar levels as negatively as they do in fresh fruit, including bananas.
Put all the ingredients in a blender. If needed, you can add another half cup of lukewarm water.
Drink only freshly prepared smoothie.
Drink the smoothie soon after breakfast, and you’ll see changes in just a few days.
