How to prepare the perfect breakfast?
Nutritionists recommend that you should eat 20 grams of protein for breakfast, and one egg contains 6 grams. Besides, you won’t lose weight if you don’t drink plenty and, of course, go to the bathroom regularly. Parsley will take care of that. Your body also needs nutrients (minerals, vitamins, fiber) and your hunger needs to be satisfied. The apple takes care of this. Keep in mind that one hard-boiled egg has 78 calories, and an apple has 80 calories.
It’s recommended that you start your day with two hard-boiled eggs. Cut them into quarters, generously sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, and eat an apple on the side.
Two hours later (or even later), repeat the routine, but with one egg with parsley and one apple.
Besides this, stick to the rule that after sunset, you shouldn’t eat anything else—only drinking water is allowed.
