You just have to be careful not to drink this beverage too often (once a week, or depending on how your body reacts).
Ingredients:
- 1 pumpkin (always choose organically grown, or even better, homegrown if possible)
- boiled water cooled to room temperature
Clean and peel about 100 grams of pumpkin. Add the same amount of boiled water as the amount of pumpkin (everything should be in a 1:1 ratio). Mix everything well and do not add any other ingredients. The important thing is to drink this 20 minutes before breakfast, on an empty stomach.
And that’s it.
Since the drink has no contradictions with other foods or medicines, and the effect is almost immediate, many call it a vitamin bomb.
