Why do we need magnesium and magnesium chloride
Magnesium is a mineral that is unfairly overlooked, among other things, it provides us with energy so that sugar is properly broken down and does not enter the blood ...

Magnesium is a mineral that our body absolutely needs, as it is an important element for the functioning of 300 types of enzymes. The human body contains 20 to 30 grams of magnesium, 60% of which is in the bones and 40% in soft tissue. It is very important that women consume at least 300 mg per day, and men 350 mg.

How do we know if we are lacking magnesium?
There are at least five symptoms: ringing in the ears, muscle cramps, strong heartbeat, kidney and gallstones. Here is another fact: the more varied your diet, the less likely you are to lack magnesium. Magnesium is present both in plant-based and animal-based foods, as well as in water.

In addition, overdose is also not good, especially not for patients with kidney problems; otherwise, too much magnesium causes diarrhea, nausea, loss of appetite, muscle weakness, and significantly lowered blood pressure.

The most magnesium is found in walnuts (100 grams contain 144 mg) and whole wheat flour (103 mg); other foods contain much less (bananas 28 mg, spinach 26 mg, beef 21 mg).

What about magnesium chloride?

Magnesium chloride is mostly obtained by evaporating sea water, and it is essential for regulating blood sugar and blood pressure; in addition, it speeds up the metabolic system.

There is an interesting story related to magnesium chloride, which was written in 1985 by Beno Jose Schorr, a Brazilian priest as well as a professor of physics and biology. When he was 61 years old, he was so badly affected by arthrosis that he was almost paralyzed. From a fellow Jesuit, he learned about the miraculous power of magnesium chloride salt. After three weeks of regular use, Schorr's health visibly improved, and after a month and a half, there was no trace of the disease.

Today we know that magnesium chloride removes calcium that accumulates in the bones and joints, and also ensures better circulation.

How do we prepare a drink with magnesium chloride?
Boil a liter of water and let it cool. Put 33 grams of magnesium chloride in a bottle and pour the cooled, boiled water over it. Shake the bottle well, close it, and place it in a dark, cool place (you can also put it in the refrigerator). If you are up to 50 years old, it is recommended to drink half a cup a day. If you are between 50 and 70 years old, one cup per day is enough; over 70 years, you can have one in the morning and one in the evening.

The list of diseases that can be treated in this way is quite long, starting with back pain (sciatica, lumbar issues), arthrosis (deposition of uric acid in the joints), prostate problems (during treatment, it is allowed to take three doses per day - morning, noon, and night), and cancer (magnesium chloride prevents the intermingling of healthy and cancerous cells).

And one more thing: when taking magnesium chloride preventively, you must be careful and follow the prescribed amounts suitable for your age. For any other treatment, consult your doctor.

P.S.
Do you know what is used to grit the roads in winter? Magnesium chloride. Unrefined, of course. And dangerous to health, so no one should try its healing effects.
