Ingredients:
- 2 apples
- 1 cinnamon stick or 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon
- 1.5 liters of boiled water
Wash the apples well, as you will use them whole and unpeeled. Slice the apples into the thinnest wedges possible (the wedges need to be really thin, as this is the only way pectin, the healthiest antioxidant in the apple, is released). Add cinnamon and pour over with boiled but cooled water. Let everything sit for 2 hours, and then make sure to drink it all by the end of the day.
