What happens if you eat chicken meat every day?

1. Too much protein

3. Problems with joints and increased body weight

Therefore, nutritionists all over the world suggest replacing animal proteins with plant-based ones, which are easier to digest and have a lower body mass index.

4. Risk of poisoning

Preparing chicken isn’t that simple, and the temptations we face are even worse. Reheated chicken added to a salad is often a source of infections. If anything comes into contact with raw chicken, food poisoning with salmonella may occur, which can cause very unpleasant and even dangerous health problems.

An even higher risk is that the consumption of chicken meat increases resistance to antibiotics. It is known that people who eat chickens that were treated and fed with antibiotics become dependent on them. This means that no ordinary medicine helps them, and it’s necessary to use more aggressive drugs...
