The drink that bacteria fear the most
The drink that is royally dark purple and extremely high in antioxidants. You must try this!

We all know we eat too much acidic food, and no matter how hard we try, it's really difficult to find anything alkaline, let alone stick to a balanced diet. The fact is, we lack alkaline foods, while acidic foods are everywhere in excess.

If you're wondering why alkaline food is important, the answer is simple. Harmful bacteria can only live in an acidic environment, so our bodies must not become acidified. The diseases that stem from this can be very persistent, often even fatal. In fact, there are plenty of studies confirming that cancerous tumors and metastases develop only in an acidified organism.

What to do?

The solution is simple: we must always maintain the pH balance of our body. But the problem is, there are many foods around us that acidify the body, and very few that promote alkalinity.

That's why this time we're introducing a drink that's bursting with antioxidants, full of vitamins and minerals, and works incredibly alkaline in our body. Even more than lemon juice!

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 small red cabbage head
  • 1 small fennel
  • 200 grams red grapes (if you don’t have these, you can use blueberries)
  • juice of one lemon
Preparation:

Wash all ingredients and cut them into smaller pieces, then put everything into a blender (you can use a juicer, but do not throw away the excess parts!).

This makes enough juice for 2 days.

It is recommended to drink a quarter in the morning on an empty stomach and a quarter in the evening, then repeat the process the next day. Remember, the juice rests in the fridge in between. Do not store this juice for longer periods. Remember, the juice loses 1% of its nutrients every hour.
