Rosemary is a spice we usually add to meat and potatoes. It’s common in pickled cucumbers, and used in cosmetics and perfume making. But what about rosemary tea?
First, the preparation...
Put 3 teaspoons of chopped rosemary in 3 deciliters of boiling water and let it simmer for a few minutes. Remove from the heat and let the tea cool. Drink one deciliter before each meal (including breakfast), wait 10 to 15 minutes, and then you can eat.
You’ll soon notice that rosemary is beneficial for the stomach, regenerates the mucous membrane, prevents cramps, and regenerates the liver... It helps with colds, respiratory illnesses, has a calming effect, and in the evening will help you fall asleep more easily. Rosemary also promotes hair growth, making it thicker and shinier.
The most effective use of rosemary tea is for headaches. It overcomes migraines and nausea.
Drink rosemary tea for 7 days, then take a 14-day break, after which you can repeat.
We recommend avoiding the tea if you have liver problems, issues with the gallbladder, serious circulatory disorders, or impaired heart function.
