Many of you know that kefir is also called the elixir of youth and health, but if it’s mixed with buckwheat porridge, you get an exceptionally nutritious cleansing treat. Among other things, the drink lowers blood sugar levels, removes fats from blood vessels, and thanks to the buckwheat, this juice is an excellent cleanser for the intestines, normalizes metabolism, and increases hemoglobin levels in the blood... There are countless healing effects.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon buckwheat porridge
- 2 dcl kefir (homemade kefir is ideal)
- 1 tablespoon honey to taste
Mix the buckwheat and kefir in a glass jar and stir well. Store this mixture overnight in the refrigerator.
It’s best if you drink the glass (2 dcl) in the morning on an empty stomach. It’s very important not to eat anything for 3 hours after this drink, and you can only drink water (you can never have too much water).
In addition to the morning time, the evening is also important. If you decide to drink this beverage in the evening, do it one hour before going to bed and make sure the Moon does not lead you to the fridge for the next three hours.
Consume this drink regularly for two weeks.
