Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 4 dcl water
Preparation:
The procedure is simple. Put the water on the stove and let it boil for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, mash the bananas with a spoon or fork to get banana puree, using a wooden or plastic spoon. Then pour the boiling water over the bananas and mix well. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
When the mixture is cooled, add the two tablespoons of honey (try to avoid using metal utensils).
Every 4 hours, drink a quarter of this mixture (a little more than 1 dcl). At night, of course, you don’t need to. In a few days, the cough will completely disappear.
One more thing: it’s important to eat bananas with water freshly made each day. Fresh is, of course, the best!
