7 tricks for healthy weight loss
Has it ever happened to you that you were on a diet, worked incredibly hard to get rid of excess weight, but all in vain?

Sometimes, it just doesn't work. Even when you watch your calorie intake, the pointer on the scale doesn't move. Sometimes, it's not enough to just count calories and exercise a lot and healthily... In reality, it's enough to eliminate just one combination from your diet and replace it with an alternative, and weight loss will become simple and fast. You have to figure out what makes you gain the most weight and avoid it.

1. Dried plums instead of butter
Dried plums are a very useful addition to any diet. If your diet allows you to eat bread with butter for breakfast, rather replace it with dried plums.

2. Low-fat cheese instead of cheese spread
At first glance, you won't even notice the switch. Replace the familiar taste with a healthier one.

3. Fresh herbs instead of dried concentrates
Even spices can cause weight gain, so try to avoid using dried spices. Very often, spices either suppress or stimulate appetite or hunger, and besides that, store-bought dried spices usually contain huge amounts of salt.

4. Apple and yogurt instead of butter and oil
Half a cup of butter contains 900 calories and 92 grams of fat, while the same amount of apples has only 50 calories and no fat. In addition, apples reduce sugar content.

5. Turkey meat instead of minced beef
Minced meat is always very tricky. A lot depends on the quality and the ingredients that are ground. Turkey meat does not cause bloating. Minced meat does. Similarly, turkey meat doesn’t increase flatulence. Minced meat does.

6. Yogurt and low-fat cheese instead of sour cream
If the recipe calls for sour cream, then replace it with yogurt and low-fat cheese. This way, you’ll reduce calorie count, while the taste will stay practically the same.

7. Chocolate chips instead of chocolate sauce
Instead of chocolate sauce or chocolate milk, rather treat yourself to a few pieces of dark chocolate. However, it’s still true you should put chocolate indulgences a bit aside.
