Smoothie that takes care of everything from the heart to the intestines
Versatile, effective, healthy, and nutritious fruit shake with oat porridge and strawberries
The recipe for this smoothie is an exceptional combination of healthy proteins with high biological value, healthy carbohydrates, low fat content, and lots of vitamins and minerals. The drink regulates metabolism, blood sugar, body weight, and even prevents a whole series of other diseases. Specifically, it prevents heart diseases and bowel diseases. It contains a lot of vitamin B, magnesium, potassium, calcium, and phosphorus, and it will give you plenty of energy, which is ideal for athletes.
Ingredients:- 2 tablespoons oat porridge
- 5 or 6 strawberries
- 1 small organic apple
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 3 dcl milk
Preparation: Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend at the highest speed until you get a smooth mixture. Drink slowly and sip by sip.
If you wish, you can also use regular boiled water cooled to room temperature instead of milk.
We recommend that you drink at least one glass of this drink every day, or even better, two – one between breakfast and lunch, and one instead of dinner.
