Natural ways to overcome headaches
Headaches have become so common, causing trouble for so many people that we often don't take them seriously. However, each, no matter how small and short-lived, headache is just the tip of an iceberg, showing us a small portion of it.
Certainly, natural remedies for overcoming headaches are more advisable than chemical ones, although sometimes there is no other solution but to take a pill. But before resorting to chemicals, try these methods (the effectiveness of each method may vary depending on the individual):

1. Hot Compress
Make yourself a hot compress and place it on your forehead, or even better, on the back of your neck. Heat relaxes tense muscles, improves blood circulation, and alleviates pain.

2. Foot Bath
If possible, soak your feet in a hot bath. This will improve blood flow in your legs and relieve pressure in your head. You will immediately feel better, and it also helps with varicose veins and promotes better sleep.

3. Head Massage
Using slow and moderately strong circular motions, lasting at least 3 minutes, you can effectively overcome a headache. You can massage your forehead, temples, or any area of your head. Head massage also stimulates hair growth.

4. Ginger
Ginger has strong anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce headache pain. The best way is to drink ginger tea as hot as possible. Also, ginger is beneficial for various processes in the body, so feel free to prepare a strong ginger tea.

5. Coffee
Coffee is also good for headaches. Strong coffee prevents the dilation of blood vessels, thus relieving headaches. The only issue is that this trick doesn't work for people who consume a lot of coffee.

6. Cinnamon
Consuming cinnamon is beneficial, and cinnamon packs are also effective. Soak a cotton cloth in hot water, sprinkle cinnamon on it, and place it on your forehead. Keep the compress on until it's still warm (a few minutes).

7. Marjoram
Marjoram tea is an old folk remedy for headaches (pour hot water over marjoram leaves and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes). Marjoram is also good for relaxation and promotes brain function. It's highly recommended to drink it before exams or similar stressful events.
