Simple Pear Smoothie Stronger Than Many Medicines
Pears are extremely healthy and versatile gift of nature. Combined with cinnamon and honey, they can heal many diseases.
One medium-sized pear contains 96 calories and has more than 5 grams of fiber. Fiber prevents bloating, maintains healthy cholesterol levels, aids in weight loss and better digestion. Fiber also has exceptional cleansing effects.

Pears are also a rich source of vitamins. Most notably, they contain vitamins C, K, B2, B3, and B6. Pears are ideal for pregnant women and for those lacking folic acid or vitamin B9. Folic acid cannot be produced by the human body, hence it must be obtained through food.

Pears prevent cardiovascular diseases, strokes, and even cancer precisely because of this. Folic acid prevents the occurrence of colorectal cancer.

Pears have another special component - Quercetin. Quercetin is an antioxidant that heals vascular damage, improves memory, and prevents Alzheimer's disease. Quercetin is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral. It works through the immune system and suppresses allergic reactions.

How to best utilize the beneficial effects of pears?

Ingredients:
  • pear
  • honey
  • cinnamon
Preparation:

Wash the pear, remove the seeds and stem. Never peel the pears as almost half of all nutrients are in the skin. Also, never mix pears with water as this can cause diarrhea. In a blender, add honey and cinnamon to the pear (to taste, too much cinnamon will make the drink bitter) and mix well to get a smooth liquid.

Consume the smoothie immediately after preparation to prevent oxidation. Research shows that every minute in the air reduces the nutrient content by 1%.

Try this drink and you will be amazed by the taste and freshness.
