Typically, this is a sign of dehydration, but behind it could also be a more serious issue, such as malfunctioning sweat glands or hypothyroidism (low levels of thyroid hormone), or even diabetes. Other signs of hypothyroidism include feeling cold, high body weight, and constant fatigue. Symptoms of diabetes are constant thirst, frequent urination, and blurred vision.
2. Facial hair
Sometimes hair grows on your face in the most unusual places, which can grow either faster or slower. If you feel it grows faster, the cause could be hormonal imbalance or polycystic ovary syndrome.
3. Yellow eyelids
Elevated cholesterol and cardiovascular issues often manifest by the eyelids under the eyes turning yellow.
4. Tired eyes, puffiness
Chronic fatigue, puffiness, and tired eyes can also be a sign of an allergy. Pay special attention to heart and vascular diseases.
5. Asymmetry
Facial asymmetry may be one of the first signs of a stroke. Interestingly, many patients first notice their condition in the mirror, before anyone else even sees it. Pay special attention to morning asymmetry.
