Are your joints hurting? Act quickly!
When it comes to joint pain, it's crucial to act quickly in order to alleviate the pain and, most importantly, prevent further damage.
Knees are the most important joints in our body. They play a significant role in walking, running, even sitting, and all kinds of movements. Knees are our most vital moving element, so we need to pay special attention to them.

Inflammation and pain in the knees greatly affect our lives, so it's important to prevent new injuries from occurring. If you experience problems, make sure to address them as soon as possible, and never wait thinking it will get better on its own, as that rarely happens with knees. Knees usually start hurting when the condition is already critical.

The most common causes of joint pain are:
  • excess body weight
  • overexertion (no overexertion is good for the body - you would be surprised how little knees need to stay fit and healthy)
  • arthritis (which can also be a consequence of the first two causes)
Since these issues are not new (they just became more prevalent in the last century, with that being said, overweight individuals and sedentary work existed even before), old folk remedies on how to treat knee injuries are quite interesting. One remedy stands out because it is simple and very effective.

Ingredients needed:
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • elastic bandage
Beat the egg yolk and salt well. Apply the mixture on a cotton cloth and place it on the painful area. Wrap everything with an elastic bandage and try to stay completely still for 2 hours.

Egg yolk is rich in proteins and minerals, which will strengthen your tissues, ligaments, and bones. You can repeat the process 4 times a day, and the inflammation should noticeably decrease, not increase.

If your condition doesn't improve the next day, it's a clear sign that you should consult your doctor.
