Ear inflammations most commonly occur during seasonal changes: in spring and now. Therefore, ear inflammations in children and adults are not uncommon. However, since frequent inflammations can develop into tumors and even cancer, it is crucial to pay close attention even at the slightest sign of pain. It is often advisable to follow this advice even when you are not in pain, but have been exposed to danger for a prolonged period.
The advice is very simple and has been used by our grandmothers.
Peel a garlic clove and thread a string through it.
Then gently insert the garlic into the ear as far as possible, but do not overdo it... You should not feel any pain due to the garlic in the ear.
Wait for a few seconds, then slowly pull the garlic out of the ear with the string. It is essential that the garlic rubs against the walls of the ear, as this is the only way antioxidants (especially allicin) can work anti-inflammatory and soothing.
Repeat the process until you feel relief in the ear.
If it's not better the next day, repeat the process.
You can do this twice a day (in the morning and evening) without worry, and you can also do it preventively.
