Instead of breakfast, treat yourself to a vegetable-fruit smoothie with a special recipe that not only melts cellulite but also energizes the body and detoxifies it. What do you need?
You need a lot of fiber and iron, so prepare some spinach leaves (the more, the better, plus the color of the smoothie will be vibrant green).
Add two or three slices of pineapple. In the summer, getting fresh pineapple is not a problem, but in winter, slightly increase the amount and use canned pineapple. Use a can where the slices are whole because they contain more nutrients, and pineapple is rich in antioxidants that have a beneficial effect on the skin.
Due to vitamin B6 and potassium, add a large banana. It doesn't matter if it has tiny black spots, as it means it is already oxidizing, which will speed up the processes in your stomach.
And lastly, sprinkle everything with cinnamon not only for taste and aroma but also for health. Don't forget that a century ago, cinnamon had the same value as gold, and ancient people knew its healing properties. It acts as an antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral... Mix the mentioned ingredients to get a liquid smoothie that you must drink in its entirety immediately. Oxidation processes must occur in your body and not in the glass.
Also, do not sweeten the smoothie. Even pineapple from a can is conditionally usable due to the sugar content. If you like it sweet, rather add a spoonful of honey.
