The most common homemade enema methods only cleanse 40 to 50 centimeters of the colon. Fortunately, there is a more pleasant and effective method.
Simply eating 1 to 3 tablespoons of flaxseed flour with kefir daily will thoroughly cleanse your intestines in 3 weeks like never before. The recipe is as follows:
- First week: every morning on an empty stomach, eat 1 tablespoon of flaxseed flour and 1 dl of kefir
- Second week: 2 tablespoons of flaxseed flour and 1 dl of kefir
- Third week: 3 tablespoons of flaxseed flour and 1.5 dl of kefir.
It is also very important to drink at least 2 liters of fluid a day (be very consistent as the body needs a lot of fluids - it's better to drink a glass more). Besides, do not stock up on kefir and seeds. It is crucial that the mixture is freshly prepared every morning. Do not eat for at least an hour after consuming kefir and flaxseed flour. Try to limit your food intake during this time, or at least avoid heavy, calorie-dense, and industrially processed foods.
A word of caution. Because this is a genuinely effective cleansing method that effortlessly and without much effort helps you lose several kilograms (up to 10 kg), do not do this more than once a year.
