To regain a youthful appearance, and most importantly, to keep the skin in perfect condition despite sun exposure, make this simple mixture.
Start by thoroughly cleansing the skin.
Then take a teaspoon of ground black pepper (home-ground pepper has more nutrients) and 2 teaspoons of yogurt. Mix them well, then apply to the skin with your fingers. Massage for a few minutes, then rinse your face with lukewarm water after 20 minutes.
Pepper contains a lot of vitamin A and K, while yogurt with healthy probiotic bacteria moisturizes the skin and makes it elastic.
The first results of this mask will be visible the next day.
