  • half a cup of grapes (white or red)
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 2 kiwis
  • half a cup of fresh spinach
  • half a cup of water
Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Drink it immediately, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.

The vitamin C from kiwis helps in the absorption of iron from spinach. This drink is rich in antioxidants and fiber, making it beneficial for the entire body. It positively affects the immune system and provides energy to the body.

Note: You can use oranges instead of kiwis.
