CO2 in mineral water reacts differently with different fruits, so a fruit smoothie can spoil quickly when exposed to air.
Slovenia has several thermal springs (which are springs of water warmer than 20 degrees Celsius and containing at least 1000 mg of solid particles and 250 mg of dissolved CO2 per liter of water) and only 2 mineral springs. Acidulous or acidic water is the one that contains more than 1000 mg of dissolved CO2 per liter of water.
