Parsley contains two types of unique ingredients: aromatic oils, which give parsley its distinct scent, and flavonoids, which effectively detoxify the body. To make parsley juice tastier, follow this advice.
Ingredients:- 1.5 liters of water
- 3 medium-sized bunches of parsley
- juice of 5 lemons (organic lemons recommended)
- tablespoon of baking soda
Preparation: Boil the water and let it cool. Then add lemon juice and soda and let it sit for about half an hour.
Meanwhile, finely chop the lemon peel and finely chop the parsley. Blend both and add to the water with soda. Store the prepared drink in the fridge overnight.
